Architectural
What types of exterior modifications can I make without approval?
All exterior modifications or improvements require prior approval through the Association's Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please complete and submit an Architectural Review application before beginning any work.
Where do I find the Architectural Review application?
Applications may be submitted through the Architectural Review tab in TownSq.
What is the process for submitting an application, and how long does approval take?
• Submit your application and all supporting documentation through the Architectural Review tab in TownSq.
• Applications will be reviewed by the Association's Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
• Please allow up to 30 days for review and a decision.
• Incomplete applications may delay the review process.
What is the status of my application?
Application status updates will be provided through TownSq. If you have not received a response within 30 days, please submit an inquiry through TownSq.
Can my contractor submit an application on my behalf?
Because applications are submitted through the homeowner's TownSq account, the application must be submitted by the homeowner. However, contractors may assist in preparing the application and supporting documents. The homeowner remains responsible for ensuring the application is complete and for complying with all approval requirements and conditions.
Where can I find the community's architectural guidelines?
Architectural guidelines, governing documents, and related information can be found in the Documents section of TownSq.
Board Meetings
How do I find out when the next Board meeting will be held?
• Meeting notices are posted in the News & Events section of TownSq.
• If you have registered your email address in TownSq, you will also receive meeting notices electronically.
Common Area Maintenance
What am I responsible for maintaining?
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their lot and all improvements located on their property in accordance with the governing documents.
How do I report a maintenance issue in a common area?
Submit a request through TownSq or contact Management at HCONBmanager@goodwintx.com.
What is the trash collection schedule?
Trash collection occurs on Mondays and Thursdays.
How do I get utility services (electric, gas, water, trash)?
Please contact the applicable utility providers serving your property.
How do I obtain a mailbox key?
Please contact your local USPS office. If you purchased a resale home and a key was not provided, you may need to contact a locksmith.
Compliance
I received a violation notice. Who do I contact?
Please contact the Compliance Department at S.HOU.Compliance@goodwintx.com. Contact information is also included in your notice.
How do I report a concern regarding another property?
Please visit our website and navigate to Homeowner Resources > Report a Deed Restriction Violation to submit your concern. Supporting photos and details are encouraged whenever possible.

When are compliance inspections performed?
Compliance inspections are conducted on a regular basis throughout the community.
Is there a list of rules for tenants?
Yes. Tenants must comply with the Association's governing documents and community rules. Governing documents are available in the Documents section of TownSq.

Financial
What is my account balance?
You may view your account balance through TownSq or contact Resident Care at 855-289-6007.
How do I pay my assessments?
You may pay your assessments using one of the following methods:
• TownSq Website or Mobile App
• Mail payment to the Goodwin Processing Center
• Online banking bill pay through your financial institution
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Credit and debit card payments may be made through TownSq. Applicable processing fees may apply.
When are assessments due?
Assessments are due annually on January 1.
Why does my account show a negative balance?
A negative balance generally indicates a credit on your account.
Who do I contact regarding past-due assessments or payment plans?

What do my assessments pay for?
Assessments fund the operation and maintenance of the Association, including items such as landscaping, common area maintenance, insurance, utilities, amenities, and other community expenses.
Where can I find my account number?
Your account number can be found on your assessment statement, coupon book, or by contacting Resident Care.
Owner Information
How do I update my mailing address, phone number, or email address?
Please visit our website and navigate to Homeowner Resources > Update Account Information to submit your changes. You may also contact Resident Care for assistance.
Pool Access
How do I obtain pool wristbands?
Residents must complete and submit the Pool Access Waiver available in TownSq. Accounts must be in good standing before wristbands can be issued.
Who is required to have a wristband?
All residents age 14 and older must have a wristband to access the pool.
Can children use the pool without an adult?
No. Residents under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
How are wristbands distributed?
Once the waiver has been reviewed and approved and account status has been verified, wristbands will be delivered to the property address on file.
What if I need help completing the waiver?
Please contact Management. We are happy to assist and can schedule an appointment if needed.
Racket Sports Court Access
How do I obtain a racket sports court key?
Complete the online Amenity Request application.
What are the requirements for obtaining a key?
• Homeowner accounts must be in good standing.
• One key is issued per household.
• Applicable fees must be paid before a key is issued.
Can my key be mailed to me?
Yes. Keys may be mailed to homeowners. Applicable shipping and handling charges may apply.
What happens if I violate court rules?
Failure to comply with Association rules may result in suspension of court access privileges.
Resales
How do I obtain a resale certificate, lender questionnaire, or resale package?
Please contact Goodwin's Resale Department or visit Goodwin & Company's website for current requirements and fees.
TownSq
What is TownSq?
TownSq is the Association's communication and management platform. Residents can:
• Pay assessments
• Submit requests
• Access forms and governing documents
• View community announcements and events
• Communicate with Management
How do I register for TownSq?
Visit TownSq and follow the registration instructions using your account number and property zip code.
I am having trouble registering for TownSq. What should I do?
Please contact Resident Care at 855-289-6007 for assistance.
How do I submit a request through TownSq?
Log in to TownSq and select Requests from the menu.
Please remember that TownSq requests are not a ticketing system. Once a request has been reviewed and responded to, it may be closed. If additional communication or follow-up is needed, the conversation may be moved to email or another method of communication to ensure the matter can continue to be addressed appropriately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the password reset option on the TownSq login page.
